On July 31, 2025, construction officially began on a key public livelihood project in Fenghua District—the Ningbo Fenghua District Third Hospital.

The hospital is located in Chunhu Subdistrict, Fenghua District. The site is bordered by a planned road to the east, the plot boundary to the south, another planned road by Jiangzhu Creek to the west, and Zhenxing Road to the north.

The total land area of the project is 19,975 square meters, with a total construction area of 30,339 square meters, including 20,435 square meters above ground and 9,904 square meters underground. The construction will include a new outpatient complex building, an auxiliary building, a support facility, as well as municipal infrastructure, landscaping, and other supporting works.

The floor area ratio (FAR) is 1.02, and 250 parking spaces for motor vehicles are planned. The total investment in the project is approximately 247 million yuan, with a construction period of around 30 months.

The development of this project will help improve the medical infrastructure in Chunhu Subdistrict, strengthen emergency medical services in the coastal area, and provide better healthcare services for residents.
