Starting August 1, 2025, Maersk will implement a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) on Asia–Africa shipments:

• USD 500 per 20GP

• USD 1000 per 40GP

This applies to cargo from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan heading to Mozambique, Madagascar, Seychelles, and seven other African countries.
